CuttingRoom is excited to announce that it is now the first video editor with native integration of the Cloud Native Agile Production (CNAP) framework, a breakthrough in cloud-based media production. This new integration, developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other key industry partners, marks a significant advancement in live content creation.

As part of its unveiling at the 2024 International Broadcasting Convention (IBC), AWS introduced the CNAP project, an open-source initiative aimed at streamlining the creation and delivery of media during live production. Developed with BBC R&D, Sky, Adobe, CuttingRoom, and other AWS Partners, CNAP offers a single virtual store for live content, enabling creators to quickly produce video highlights, clips, and other content for live broadcasts and social sharing.
